What exactly am I buying?
Five minutes added to a fictional digital creature’s life, operated by Mruballos LLC. This is a one-time entertainment purchase, not a charitable donation or subscription. The price is $1.99 USD. The number of saves counts paid and free saves, not unique people. The contributed total is historical and does not subtract fees or later refunds.
What if my payment arrives too late?
Time is added when our server verifies your completed payment while Milo is still alive. Opening checkout does not reserve time. If confirmation arrives after his shared clock ends, it cannot bring him back and an automatic full refund is requested. Your bank may take several days to show it. Successful saves are not undone by later refunds. For any other payment issue, contact us using the support link below.
Who can see my name and message?
Names and messages are public and may remain on Milo’s memorial. Use a nickname and do not include private information. Abusive messages may be hidden without removing the time they contributed. Stripe handles your card information; this website does not store card details. We retain payment references and a hashed network identifier to process saves and limit checkout abuse. The hosting provider may also keep standard access logs. Contact Mruballos LLC using the support link for privacy requests.
